Streamline Travels is the travel advisory practice of Mike Leslie, based in Long Island, New York, operating as an Independent Specialist affiliated with Burr Travel of Northport, New York. This policy explains what information is collected when you contact us or work with us, how it is used, and how it is protected.
When you submit the inquiry form on this website, or contact us by phone, text or email, we collect only what you provide:
If you go on to book travel, additional information is required to make reservations — legal names, dates of birth, passport details, payment information, and any accessibility or dietary needs you tell us about. This is collected at the time it is needed, not before.
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. It is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, and it loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the IP address of your request.
You may opt in to receive text messages from Streamline Travels. There are two separate consents on the inquiry form and each is optional:
Neither consent is a condition of working with us, and you can decline both and still submit an inquiry. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of one category does not opt you out of the other; tell us if you want both stopped.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.
Your information is never sold. It is shared only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked for:
Inquiry form submissions are retained while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward. Booking and financial records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and supplier obligations. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time, subject to records we are obliged to keep.
We do not send marketing email newsletters. If that changes, every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
Information is held on password-protected systems, and payment details are handled by suppliers and processors rather than stored by Streamline Travels. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Where children are traveling, their details are provided by a parent or guardian as part of a booking.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
